ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your favourites to your cart, and head to checkout. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We start processing your order as soon as it’s received, so we’re unable to make changes once it’s been confirmed. If you notice an error, please contact our team immediately and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

Please check your junk or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, reach out to us with your full name and order number, and we’ll resend your confirmation.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my parcel. What do I do?

Please double-check your delivery address and ask your household or neighbours if it was received by someone else. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help you investigate.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across New Zealand. If you’re outside this region, please contact us to check if we can accommodate your order

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • NZ orders: 2–5 business days
